I was accepted and was preparing to attend culinary school, but life changing circumstances altered that plan. I dream of owning my own bakery, but don't have the money to do it. Thus, I've resorted to writing. I figure if I can't prepare food professionally in my own establishment, I can at least indulge and share my love, OK obsession, for food through writing.
